Need a bit of help.
 

Iv got an indian star with RNS who has been living in her own table in her own room away from my other tortoises, my male has now started showing signs of having a runny nose, so my question is would they be ok living together even thought the female has been on antibiotics for the past 6 weeks (just finished her 2nd lot) but still isn't better?

Unless you know the cause of the RNS then keep them separated.
As sometimes RNS is caused by the husbandry and sometimes viral/bacterial.
So unless you know, you could be causing more problems.

What have you been given/prescribed for the RNS? Have you been keeping the female at 30C day and night to help the antibiotics work? Most RNS is caused by bacteria that are already with the tortoise. The RNS shows up when the animal is stressed by cage mates, enviromental conditions, etc.
What are your temperatures in your enclosure, under basking lamp, warm end, cool end and night time lows. How long are your lights on for and what type of lights do you have?

And what substrate are they on?

The day time hot end is 28.6C- 30.8C and the cool end is 23.6C.. I'm trying to keep the warm end at 30C but it might go up or down by 1-2C..

I'm 99.9 % sure it was coursed by them digging themselves into the readigrass to sleep it was so dusty when i removed it gave me a bad chest for over a week..

So we are now on the 3rd round of antibiotics..
The first round was daily injections of Engemycin for 21 days.
The second round was Marbocyl every 2 days for 21 days.
The third is Timentin every 2 days for 10 days.
There also being nebulized every day for 20mins twice a day.

There on top soil with an area of gravel for feeding. humidity is around 40-45%..

Your temps are far too low. You need at least 32-35c for Stars during the daytime.

Ask your vet about nebulising with f10 and keep your temps higher as sandy suggested minimum of 35 in the day time and no lower than 30 at night

Temperatures are your problem and the infection won't go until you up them to what has been suggested. Also the humidity is a bit low for Stars and should be closer to 60 to 70%.

How would i get temps up to 35C with out moving them into a viv?

Vivs are perfect for Star tortoises, especially in the winter and when sick. :)
